Shanghai: the subway

Not sure why, but we took a lot of pictures on the subway.  The Shanghai subway system was pretty efficient and surprisingly clean.  Here, I'm smiling because it's also air conditioned.
I'm glad Mom and Dad took care of all the tickets.  We would still be there if I had to read so much Chinese.
This seems like a pretty accurate representation of my family while waiting for the subway:
Tim, looking like an urban commuter.
Dad, looking like a sight-seer.
The whole family, looking like shameless tourists.
Shanghai is a pretty cosmopolitan city with a large expat community, so we're not sure why Adam got so many stares when we were walking around.  He thinks it's because of his hairy arms.
