Ljósmynd from Iceland

As promised, here are a few photos from our weekend in Iceland.  We started with one day walking around town and shopping.  This is Reykjavik's city center (aka Tourist Trap)
The next day we went on a 'Golden Circle' tour.  This was also the day of a snowstorm.  The winds were so strong it was hard to stand still.  Naturally, the tour required a lot of walking outside.
We also saw the edges of two tectonic plates.  This is the no-man's land between:
The famous Gullfoss waterfall:
 And the geysers at Haukadalur
I also enjoyed touring the grocery store near the hotel.  Mmm, fiskur.
We concluded the trip with a stop at the Blue Lagoon before we went to the airport.  It was a relaxing end to a great weekend.  Here's a webcam of the Blue Lagoon, if you want to see tourists in milky blue water.
