Happy birthday Adam!

Today is Adam's birthday. We're going to spend the weekend in L.A. where we plan to eat a lot and see if Nemo wants to swim in the cold swimming pool.

We already had a party for Adam last week with some friends in Las Vegas. It was a surprise party. Here he is, surprised.


The party was at a sushi restaurant close to the house. We go there all the time, so Adam didn't suspect anything until we entered the private dining room and he saw his friends there.


Since Adam loves chocolate, I ordered a giant chocolate cake for him. It's called 'The Motherlode.'

Amazingly, we ate almost the whole thing.
