In honor of his adopted country's birthday, Adam bought us Fourth of July presents. (I hope he starts buying presents for all marginal holidays.)

He was very excited to put the hats on the clubs, but I think of them as socks.

We tested them out this morning at the driving range. I guess we're golfers now.

Ofcourse he should buy presents for all holidays, considering your celebrating Chinese holidays, Christian holidays, and the very many Jewish holidays - both of you should work very hard to earn enough in the few remaining non holiday days.
The innocent Italians say that you don't become a nun by putting on nun's dress - for sure you are golfers by obtaining the right equipment... and even fairly good ones - you have not lost many games (yet).
Enjoy yourselves and each other..
